Who is responsible for your information?

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information entered in the form, including your name, work email, business, website, offer details, current sales route, timing and comments.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond to you, prepare a proposal if requested, provide contracted services and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal basis

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business enquiries and operating our services.

Who receives it

Website form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider. Information may also be handled by the email, document, payment and project tools required to respond to an enquiry or deliver an agreed service. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Contract, payment and accounting records may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax or business-record purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to its use. You can contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
